Greek Life Custom OrdersBecause every Greek Life order is custom-made for your chapter, our return policy reflects the nature of that process.Returns Returns are only permitted when requested by the event organizer and approved by a TCL support representative within 14 days of the product arriving. All orders approved by the event rep are considered final unless there is a verifiable difference between the approved final proof and the received product. Please note that online mockups do not constitute a final proof.If you experience a shipping issue, you will need to work directly with the third-party carrier to resolve it.Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll send you an email confirming receipt and notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within a few business days.If you haven't received your refund, we recommend checking your bank account first, then contacting your credit card company, as processing times vary. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, reach out to us at hello@thecollegiatelineup.com.Sale Items Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Return Shipping You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable. For items valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
